Join us Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 12 p.m. ET,
for a discussion in the form of a Google+
hangout about Transitioning Off Pediatric Cancer Treatment. Nina Muriel, MD, a
psychiatrist and director of the Pediatric Psychosocial Program at
Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center, will be joined
by a panel of clinical experts, patients, and family members who have
experienced this transition. The group will discuss the challenges children,
teens, and families face when cancer treatment ends, and share tips on how to
make this time easier for others in similar circumstances.
