Stem Cell Transplant Long-Term Follow-Up Program

Our Stem Cell Transplant Long-Term Follow-Up Program gives patients who have completed a pediatric stem cell transplant specialized care from a team of experts who can help you create a roadmap for healthy living. Our goal is to help you identify potential health risks and chart a path that will help reduce any potential late effects of stem cell transplant therapy.

When you visit us, you will meet with a survivorship transplant team who is focused on your needs. We will work with you to:

  • Help you understand potential health conditions that may be linked with your specific diagnosis and treatment, such as organ dysfunction, chronic graft-versus-host disease, growth hormone deficiency and other hormone imbalances, and secondary cancers.
  • Make sure you meet with specialists who can help in areas such as hearing and vision, physical therapy, hormone conditions, infertility, occupational therapy, and more.
  • Create an individualized care summary and a roadmap for your future care, connecting you with specialized programs and healthcare providers who can help address concerns or challenges you may face.
